Our teacher training sessions are a 90 minute, immersive experience designed to equip educators with the knowledge, tools, and skills necessary to create a supportive and empowering environment for teenage girls in schools.

Having worked with over 25,000+ young girls in Victoria, our team understands the unique challenges that young girls face today, and we believe that educators play a crucial role in fostering their mental well-being.

After our session, we aim for school staff to feel more confident in dealing with wellbeing issues that may arise for your students.
