Ella Jackson

Ella Jackson is a Partnerships & Strategy Manager with specialist expertise in Social Impact and DE&I. She is deeply invested in the intersection of business and Social Impact, leading organisations' efforts to drive sustainable impact.

Currently, she manages a global program for ServiceNow that supports underrepresented groups. She has previously worked as a consultant on DE&I and gender equity projects across sectors.

Ella has driven significant cultural and policy reforms at university campuses to support victims of assault and advocates for ending violence against women, including producing an award-winning podcast on Domestic Violence. Ella is deeply dedicated to creating opportunities for young girls and advancing their potential, a commitment reflected in her role as a board member for Flourish The Journey.
